The prescription demonstration on this website uses fictional patients and a deliberately limited rule set. It is provided to illustrate how PharmAlert works. It must not be used to inform the care of a real patient, and it is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement, your local formulary, or national prescribing guidance.

PharmAlert supports a prescribing decision. It does not make one. Responsibility for every prescribing decision remains with the clinician.

We take care that the clinical content on this website is accurate and reflects established pharmacology at the time of writing. Clinical evidence changes, and this website is not maintained as a clinical reference.
