Accessibility Statement

This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA. This statement sets out where it does, where it doesn’t yet, and how to tell us if something isn’t working for you.

What we have done

• Every interactive control is reachable and operable from the keyboard alone, including the full prescription demonstration and the override flow.
• Alert severity is never conveyed by colour alone. Every severity carries a shape glyph and a text label alongside its colour.
• Live findings are announced to screen readers through polite live regions rather than appearing silently.
• The site respects prefers-reduced-motion. With motion reduced, all content and the full demonstration remain available — they simply appear without transition.
• Body text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
• A skip link is the first focusable element on every page.

Known limitations

• The interactive demonstration relies on JavaScript. With JavaScript unavailable, the surrounding explanation remains readable but the live check will not run.
• Some clinical values are presented in a monospaced typeface at 13px. We judge this legible at the contrast used, but we are reviewing it.
• Third-party downloads linked from Resources have not yet been audited for accessibility.
